A little bit about Tamara…

From an early age, Tamara found inspiration in the people around her. A neighbour who painted delicate florals on porcelain first sparked her fascination—those luminous seashells and soft petals seemed almost magical. Encouraged by this early influence and the guidance of a passionate high school art teacher, she was fortunate to learn from those who not only created art but generously shared their knowledge and techniques.

Her path naturally led to teaching, driven by the belief that the act of sharing enriches both student and teacher. Surrounded by mentors who fostered her growth, she embraced the idea that creativity thrives in community. It was only fitting that she chose to become an art educator herself, continuing the cycle of inspiration and learning.

While she has explored various forms of artistic expression, painting remains her constant. Drawing from daily life and her immediate surroundings, she finds joy in observing the world and translating those impressions onto canvas. Increasingly, her work delves into the emotive power of color, capturing moments through vivid palettes and evolving techniques.

Today, she continues to learn, experiment, and grow—always curious, always open. Her journey is ongoing, and she warmly invites others to share in the experience.
