When do we post?

We post within 10 business days of purchase. All reproductions are custom printed to order. Please keep this time frame in mind when purchasing

How much is postage?

Postage is a flat rate of $20 Australia wide. Overseas postage is a flat free of $40 for all prints and un-stretched canvases (rolled and packed in tube.) For original artworks we will remove the canvas from the timber stretcher and post rolled and in a tube. This is the most cost effective and safest way to post the work. A picture framer will be able to put the canvas back on a stretcher at a reasonable cost (and far less than the cost of packing and shipping).

What materials are used for reproductions?

Canvas – 430 gsm cotton/poly blend. Coated with UV inhibiting liquid laminate and printed with pigment inks. Tested to last over 100 years. Archival Paper – Textured Sihl MC Cotton Rag 320gsm. Printed with pigment inks. Tested to last over 100 years

A note about colour

Please note that the colours of the final print may differ slightly from the colours you are seeing on your monitor. Each monitor displays colour slightly differently and we cannot guarantee that what you are seeing is a true representation of the final product.

What if my print arrives damaged?

All reproductions and originals are packed with care and are delivered with reputable carriers. Should your purchase arrive damaged we will provide a replacement.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

1. Contact us via email

2. State the product damaged from your order and a contact phone number

3. We will respond within 1-2 business days

Note - there are no returns for ‘change of mind.’
